Learning about yourself and the reasons for the relationship's failure and healing from it
Stop repeating the failure associated with friendships when you recognize the pattern you use because of a certain idea about yourself that you will discover during meditation. For example, you might say to yourself:
If the other person doesn't love me, then I am unlovable
Or you might remember old situations that you understood with your childhood mindset, in which you said, "I must be a child who serves my mother and father in order to be loved"
Or that my value is based on external evaluation by others
In meditation, you will discover the toxic thought that led to a toxic pattern that attracted people who resemble this idea to you.
Once you free yourself from it and it disappears, this pattern stops in your life, and new relationships emerge with a more peaceful and progressive pattern that is consistent with your development.
